Cindi and I worked together at DHS. She was energetic, had a wicked sense of humor, and the best shoes. My sympathy to Richard and the family. She was one of my unforgettable people.
Dear Rich, Heather , Bethany and all your family,
We express to you our most sincere and heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers that Cindi has passed way too soon. I will forever hear her so loudly and happily yell out with a big smile, "hey paulie!" when we would all be together at events over the years. My mom and Cindy were close friends and worked together for many years. What I remember most about Cindy was her infectious laughter. As a young child I remember what an impression that made on me. She really knew how to enjoy life and the people around her. Cindy and Richard always made me feel welcomed and at home.
So sorry for the families loss. My deepest sympathy and prayers. If my memory is right, I believe my daughter Linda was her flower girl at her wedding. It was such a long time ago and my memory is not the best. Cindi was my babysitter many years ago. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.
May the beautiful memories her family shared bring Peace and Comfort in the days ahead. I am so sorry to learn of Cindi’s passing.
Richard and family,
So very sorry for your loss.
I hope your loving memories help you through this difficult time

Cindi is a good memory for me. I was the outsider going into IHA and she was one of the kind girls that made me feel welcome. To all her family my sincere prayers and thoughts go to you..

I was deeply saddened to read of Cindi's passing.
I remember Cindi back in our high school days. She graduated a year ahead of me, so we lost track of each other, but I never forgot the good times we had usually walking all over the city with many others. We walked to dances, Howard's, and even to the Northside Pool many times.
Richard, may God bless you and your family during this time.

I will truly miss Cindi. I will miss our bantering back and forth. She was one of a kind and a good friend. We all used to walk the streets of NYC. And if you wanted to get to a location, she knew which train to catch and where best to get it. I will always remember Cindi.
One of a kind with a tremendous sense of humor. She carried laughter with her and shared it unselfishly. I was lucky to have met her at a school while with RPD - will cherish her memory always !
Rich… With my sympathy and prayers for you and your family, that you will consoled by good memories and the promise of the Resurrection. Peace, Ed Giblin
Richard and family: My sincere condolences are sent your way regarding Cindy's passing. She was a most interesting and intelligent person. The two of you were a match, and able to work through all the challenges of life. May you remain steadfast in your efforts to gather all the good memories of your life with Cindy at this time as they comfort you now.
To Rich and Family, I want to express sincere condolences for your loss of beautiful person who was always smiling and joking around. I don't know why we are tested by God each day, and he chose Cindi to come home. Cindi is watching from above and will be keeping her eyes on the Hare Family. God bless

My respect for you as a fellow member of the RPD was multiplied by my admiration for you both as a couple. May the Lord grant you and your family the peace that passes all understanding - as difficult as that may be.
My condolences to Rich and family and friends. I've known them both for many years. I remember how the two of them were inseparable throughout the years. May she rest in peace.
I have lost a true friend of over 55 years. I will keep my memories of Cindi close to my heart - our trips on her moped to Clayton, meeting Rich, and our memorable adventure to Ireland in 2012 with Pat and Rich. ❤️❤️
Rich, Heather, Beth and Logan, you know how I feel about Cindi and your family.........I love you ALL. I'll miss having our 'special' beer with Cindi...Sam Adams Cherry Wheat and we always had to have two whole cherries in the bottom of a Sam Adams glass.
I love the way she loved my granddaughter, Tessa. We took Tess and Cindi's grandson on many a field trip.I cherish the times we had together and miss Cindi dearly......I love you, Stan
