Obituary of Clarence C. Bailey

August 4, 1925 - November 8, 2021 Clarence was an Army Veteran. Predeceased by his parents and two siblings. Clarence enjoyed helping others in education, especially children. He had a wonderful sense of humor, loved jazz, boxing and baseball. Friends can say their farewells on Monday, Nov. 22nd at 1:00PM at Riverside Cemetery (2650 Lake Ave. Rochester, 14612).
