Obituary of Terrence D. Semrau

Predeceased by his wife, Marilyn Froehler Semrau, father George, mother Dell; brothers Richard, Philip, Luke, and Donald, sister Esther, sister-in-laws, Catherine (Donald) Semrau, and Gay (Luke) Semrau; brother-in-laws, Robert Froehler, and James Dawson, and life-long friends Donald DePerna, and Emile Speciale. Survived by his children, Linda (Michael) Flanagan, Philip (Catherine) Semrau, David (Susan) Semrau, Marybeth (Bart) Patton, Mark (Cindy) Semrau; grandchildren, Christopher (Megan) Flanagan, Jennifer (Freddie) Probst, Colleen Flanagan, Adam Radzisz, Gregory (Brittany) Semrau, Tricia (Fran) Wirtner, Lauren (Justin) Reeves, and Andrea Semrau, Emily and Irena Patton, Emerson Micciche; great-grandchildren, Lance, Emmett, Thomas, and Mary Bethany Flanagan, Hayley and Addison Probst, Lucas and Claire Semrau, Renee and Garrett Wirtner, Alexus Maxam; and sister-in-law, Margaret Froehler Dawson. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He lived his life as an artist, loved gardening, fishing, golfing, and enjoying his family. His quick wit and humor remained with him to his final days. Calling hours on Wednesday, June 30, 5-7:00 pm, at Dierna Funeral Home, 2309 Culver Road, Rochester, NY, 14609. A mass to celebrate his life to be held on Thursday, July 1, at 10:00 am at St. Margaret Mary’s Church, 401 Rogers Pkwy, Rochester, NY, 14617.
