Survived by his son Wilfredo Jr. (Richandra) Ortiz; daughter Lamara; mother, Lucy Santiago; father Iluminado (Yvonne) Ortiz; brothers Jose Santiago, William (Cynthia) Ortiz, and Carlos (Melissa) Santiago; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
