Dino Commentucci, born on July 23,1931 in Aglioni di Capitignano,Italy. Passed peacefully on January 27,2021 . Predeceased by his parents, Guiseppie (Elvira Laglia) Commentucci, brother Romeo Commentucci. Survived by his wife Dolores (Lopez) Commentucci. His daughters Dina Ballou, Lisa (Steve) Lowden and grandchildren Aaron (Mary Bissell) Ballou, Ariana (Dan) Allen, Lia (Sean) Alonzo, Michael Halloran, Hannah.Halloran.. Great Grandchildren, Daniel, Amelia, Aidan and Freya. His stepsons, Rosario(Nancy) Chirico, Anthony (Ann)Chirico, grandchildren Jerod, Justin and Jorden and great grandchildren Nico, Luca, Oliver and Owen.. In Italy, his sister-in-law, Giuseppina Commentucci. Nephew and niece Guiseppie and Rita Commentucci and his great nephew and nieces. Also, many other friends and family in his town. He arrived in the United States in 1950, along with his brother. Traveling from Italy despite the language barrier, he successfully became an American citizen and he also served in the Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict. He went on to become a mechanical engineer and was part of General Dynamics and Harris RF Communications. He will always be remembered as an inventor, innovator and entrepreneur. He built homes, created many businesses such as Tucci Imports, purveyor of espresso and Italian imports. He always held his heritage close to his heart in everything he did. HIs ingenuity will live on through his family. Among his many friends and family, he will be dearly missed. There will be a private burial service. A memorial will be determined at a later date.
