Victor Edward Michael Caswell born April 10, 1980.

Passed away suddenly July 9, 2019 at 39.  He is predeceased by his sister Sharon E. Caswell, and father-in-law Pete O'Donnell. He is survived by his best friend and soul mate of 24 years, Meghan O'Donnell-Caswell, his much loved children, daughters Kierra(Josh Dustman) O'Donnell-Caswell, Autumn, Averie and son Cadien O'Donnell-Caswell. Beloved son of Patricia(Caswell) Male-Hartle,and James A. (Sheila Travis) Caswell Sr., brother of Thomas(Karen) Caswell of Oswego, James A.(Sheila) Caswell Jr., Catherine(Bert Willoughby) Caswell of Hilton, he is also survived by his mother-in-law Joanne O'Donnell, brothers-in-law Richard O'Donnell, Michael(Kristina) O'Donnell, and Tim O’Donnell, many aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, cousins and very dear friends.....extended family Moises Flores Olmeda (BMO) and Ella Duval.
