Flor was born on October 5th, 1927 in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico.
He was the son of the belated: Bardomero Andujar & Juana Torres.

After he completed the 3rd Grade in school, he had to disenroll, in order to help support his family as a Farmer.

He was a widow to Filomena Torres, whom are survived by their two children: Neftali & Juanita Andujar.

On October 4th, 1958, the day before his birthday he married Virginia Vargas who he is survived by.  Together they raised their family in Ponce, Puerto Rico adding four sons; Florencio Jr., Gerardo, Luis & Wilson; and two daughters Maria & Marta.

In 1969 he sought out for a better future to support and raise his family. Together they moved to Bronx, NY where Virginia’s belated brother Arcadio Vargas lived and helped Florencio find employment there.  A year later Virginia came to visit her belated brother Rufino Vargas in Rochester, NY and she loved it! Flor and Virginia decided to move once more and settle their family in Rochester. Since then he provided for his family working for Plymouth Rock Meat Factory until he retired in 1989.

In life he battled many challenges.  He was strong willed and a fighter. In 2014 he was diagnosed with Nose Cancer and had Laser Site Radiation Treatment. One year later in 2015 he beat Cancer and was healed!

On October 4th, 2018 Flor and Virginia celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary proving as a testament that marriage works.  Their legacy of true love, loyalty and endurance was forever sealed.

Throughout his years the seeds of faith and salvation were planted in his heart.  The time to harvest his faith came due.  He dedicated his life to Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. “Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.
For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.”

1 Thessalonians 4:13-14

"Pero no queremos, hermanos, que ignoren acerca de los que duermen (que han muerto), para que no se entristezcan como lo hacen los demás que no tienen esperanzaa.
Porque si creemos que Jesús murió y resucitóa, así también Dios traerá con El a los que durmieron (murieron) en Jesús."

1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
