Obituary of Philip M. Alfieri

Philip McHugh Alfieri NAPLES - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 4, 2019. He had a passion for golf, fishing and the great outdoors. He was a graduate of St. Ambrose School, East Ridge High School and SUNY Geneseo. He retired from the Monroe County Probation Dept.

He is predeceased by father, Raymond; nephew, Patrick and his brother-in-law, Paul Kelly. Survived by his mother, Matilda; siblings, Thomas (Mary), Frank, Margaret, Mary Bills, Annie Kelly, Anthony (Moira), Christine (Lawrence) Giangreco and many beloved nieces and nephews and loving cousins.​

Many thanks to the Wilmot Cancer Center and especially to the Medical ICU at Strong Memorial Hospital, 1600 unit under the loving care of Nurse Arline and Dr. Ryan.​

Calling hours will be Friday from 5-8 at Dierna Funeral Home, 2309 Culver Rd. (Near Norton). With a Service on Saturday at St. James Church, 10AM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mercy Corps.
