Condolences
Gary meant so much to our entire family. He started as a dental mentor for myself when I first began practicing dentistry in Rochester. He became a valued friend and life advisor. My own children knew him as "Grandpa Gary". When he lost his valued Labrador companion, Murphy, he was lost as to a sporting dog to accompany him into the fields. It was then that our Bailey dog became part of his family also. She couldn't have been any luckier to find Gary and Janice, and to spend the last 12 years attending "Camp Lewis" as often as possible. Personally, the thing I believed to be the most impressive ability Gary displayed, was his ability to remember everything about a person's life. Our last conversation, like so many before, involved checking in on every member of my life. He was a gift in our lives. He will be so very missed. Our deepest condolences to Janice, Leslie, Heather and Scott as well as the rest of the family. Lisa Mulkin, Joshua Souweine, Clara, Lila and Bailey
Gary will be dearly missed by Bob and I, we enjoyed traveling with him and Janice, on many wonderful trips, and great conversations, Gary was a special person. Janice and Gary would invite us every Christmas to have a fantastic meal that Janice would make, they were such a great couple, with so much love between them, they definitely were soul mates. We will miss him❤️
Gary was a dear friend and tennis buddy of Joe's in Venice. He and Janice became fast friends of ours and we've enjoyed each other company for several years. We will miss Gary and his passion to live life to the fullest. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Janice and his family at this very sad time. Marilee & Joe Casale
