Blake D. Howell 2/3/62 – 9/2/20, predeceased by his parents, Thomas D. Howell & Diane D. Howell. Survived by brothers, Thomas (Terri)Howell, William Howell, Robert (Denise) Howell; nephew Jason Howell, great nephew & niece, James & Raena Howell, along with aunts, uncles and friends.
