Thomas J. Romeo "Papa" Greece-April 27, 2020 at 97. Predeceased by his everlovin' wife Norma, brothers and sisters. Beloved father of Susan (Tony) Romeo-Patti, Judy (Luke) Bernier, Nancy (Keith) Leyendecker and Kim (Rich) Romeo-Feldman, loving grandfather of Alexander (Maricatherine) Bernier, Zacharie (Sarah) Bernier, Jenna, Abbey and Erin Leyendecker, great grandfather of Cristiana and Dino Bernier, brother of Elvie DiRusso. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. “Sgt. T. Romeo-cigar smoking, scotch drinking, machine gun running, body stacker in WWII. But us grandkids know him as Papa #legend.” “He loved his Yankees and let Boston fans know it with his sly smile and a funny comment. He was a #girldad before it was a thing and loved every bit of it“. Special thanks to our "Angel" Mary for all of her loving care over the last 4 years. Services will be held Saturday, October 24th at 11AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please meet at the Lake Ave. entrance for a military graveside service.
